Learn From the Best. Become Your Best.
Don't let recruiting happen to you. Learn the process from two former Division I receivers who have lived it, with recruiting education, athlete development, and mentorship for football players and their parents, from middle school through high school.
Sound familiar?
Recruiting feels like a maze. Who do we email, and when? What should we be doing in each grade?
Camps, showcases, and recruiting services add up fast, and it is hard to know what actually moves the needle.
Other kids seem to be getting offers while ours has not heard from anyone, and the windows keep closing.
Coaches say they love your athlete, then the offer never comes. Families are left guessing what is real interest and what is just talk.
Dead periods, eligibility, NCAA requirements, and the transfer portal are confusing, and mistakes are costly.
A weak highlight reel gets skipped in the first few seconds, and coaches have hundreds to watch.
You are good, but are your numbers, measurables, and traits what programs are actually looking for?
Most athletes do not know how to reach coaches or what to say when they do.
Academics decide where you can play, and many athletes only find out when it is too late.
Injuries, being overlooked, and the transfer portal can wreck confidence without a plan.

Athletes guiding athletes. Learn from the people behind By Athletes 4 Athletes.

Co-Founder | Former Purdue & USF Wide Receiver
A four-star wide receiver out of Walled Lake Western in Michigan, Abdur-Rahmaan was the 2019 Associated Press Division 1-2 Player of the Year after catching 86 passes for 1,646 yards and 20 touchdowns as a senior, and he still holds his school records for career receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. He earned 27 college offers and enrolled early at Purdue, where he was named Academic All-Big Ten, fought back from a season-ending injury, and later transferred to USF. Having lived the recruiting process, injuries, and the transfer portal firsthand, he started By Athletes 4 Athletes to help families understand what coaches look for and avoid the mistakes he learned from.

Co-Founder | Former Marshall & Purdue Wide Receiver
A Division I wide receiver out of Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis who started his career at Marshall as an early enrollee, playing in 12 games with four starts as a freshman and finishing third on the team in receptions and receiving yards. He then transferred to Purdue, where he caught 30 passes for 457 yards and four touchdowns as a junior and was named MVP of the Music City Bowl after a 217-yard, two-touchdown game against Tennessee, tied for the fourth most receiving yards in a game in Purdue history. Broc has played at the highest level, transferred between programs, and come back from injury, and he brings that experience to every athlete he coaches.

Yes. Recruiting starts earlier than most families expect, and coaches are already tracking talented athletes before high school. Starting in middle school or younger lets athletes build strong habits, learn what college coaches look for, and develop their mindset, athleticism, and grades long before recruiting gets competitive. Parents also get a head start on the process, so they can plan camps, film, and academics with confidence instead of scrambling in 9th grade.
Every position is welcome. Whether you play quarterback, receiver, running back, defensive back, offensive line, or defensive line, the recruiting process works the same way and every athlete needs the same foundation: knowing what college coaches look for, a strong highlight film, the right mindset, and a plan. Linemen and skill players alike get the education, coaching, and guidance to put themselves in front of the right programs.
Yes. Recruiting Essentials is the perfect place to start. When you are ready for more, you can move up to Complete Athlete for athletic performance, whole-athlete development, and personal development planning, or go all the way to Elite Development for a personalized assessment, an individualized development plan, direct mentorship, and recruiting strategy. Each step builds on the one before it, so nothing you learn is wasted.
