These terms apply to your use of the By Athletes 4 Athletes website and memberships (“we,” “us,” or “By Athletes 4 Athletes”). By joining a membership or using the site, you agree to them.

Who can join

Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian create the account, make the purchase, and agree to these terms on their behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for their athlete's use of the membership.

What we provide

We provide educational content about football recruiting and athlete development, including lessons, resources, live group coaching, and mentorship, depending on the membership you choose. Content and features may change over time.

Memberships and billing

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Checkout and payments are processed securely through Whop. You can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged again after you cancel. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your account

Keep your login details private. Do not share your account or resell or redistribute our content. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the community.

Community conduct

Be respectful. Do not harass others, post unlawful or harmful content, or share personal information about other people, especially minors.

Intellectual property

All course content, videos, branding, and materials belong to By Athletes 4 Athletes or its coaches and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee scholarships, college offers, roster spots, playing time, or any recruiting outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, By Athletes 4 Athletes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or memberships. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email info@byathletesforathletes.com.

This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We take extra care with information about young athletes.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name and email address, provided at checkout or when you create an account.
• Purchase and billing information, which is handled by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Content you choose to share, such as messages, questions, or links to highlight film.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited, device type, and how you interact with the site.

How we use it

To provide and improve memberships, deliver content and coaching, process payments, respond to questions, send important account messages, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as payment, hosting, and analytics providers, or when required by law.

Children's privacy

Our memberships are purchased by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's consent. If you believe a child has given us information without consent, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of marketing emails, at any time by emailing info@byathletesforathletes.com.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

All sales are final. Memberships are billed monthly, and cancelling does not refund any payment you have already made. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. When you cancel, you will not be billed for the months after, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Because membership content and coaching are available as soon as you join, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds for the current or past billing periods.

If you were charged in error or charged after cancelling, email info@byathletesforathletes.com and we will review it.
